Terms & Conditions

Registration

Registration for a course is binding. After the registration, a confirmation of registration will be sent. With the confirmation of registration, a place is bindingly reserved for the course participant.

Payment of course fees

The registration confirmation is also the invoice. The payment date stated on the invoice is binding. In the case of last-minute registrations, the course fees can also be paid in cash on site. Non-payment of the course fee does not count as cancellation. A payment after the course is not possible.

Cancellations

For private sessions, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee.

For courses, a cancellation involves administrative effort and the course place has been reserved and could not be filled further. This effort will be charged with a fee:

Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the course: 25% of the course fee
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee
In the event of a no-show: 100% of the course fee
Cancellation after start of the course: no waiver or refund of the course fee

Cancellation of a course

Should we have to cancel a course from our side, the payment you have made for it will be fully refunded to you.

Liability

Use of the venues is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items. Participation in the retreat programme is voluntary. You bear full responsibility for yourself and your actions inside and outside the course. You will be responsible for any damage caused and indemnify the organisers, the course leader and the hosts at the venues from all liability claims.

Course exclusion

We reserve the right to exclude participants from a course for good cause. In the following cases, the full course fee is owed, i.e. there will be neither a proportional refund nor a waiver of the course fee: Course exclusion due to non-payment of the course fee as well as in serious cases (e.g. defamation, harassment, inebriation).

Obligation of participant

The participant undertakes to maintain the strictest discretion towards third parties with regard to all information about the organisation, persons and events which are brought up in the course. The participant has a stable mental capacity. The participant must inform the course instructor of any exceptional circumstances (severe mental or physical illnesses/restrictions, medication) before the start of the course.

Severability clause

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be wholly or partially void and/or ineffective, the validity and/or effectiveness of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid and/or ineffective provisions shall be replaced by provisions that come as close as possible in economic terms to the meaning and purpose of the invalid and/or ineffective provisions in a legally effective manner. The same shall apply in the event of any loopholes in these T&Cs.
